Cimarron Valley Golf Club is a Public 18 holes golf course located in Satanta, Kansas. The course rests in a scenic valley with views of the prairie in nearly every direction, Cimarron Valley Golf Club is located 3½ miles southwest of Satanta on Highway 56.
Cimarron Valley Golf Club first opened for play in 1995. The course was designed by City Personnel.
Cimarron Valley Golf Club was built on a pasture land with natural hills. The fairways are wide open, and the greens are fast and medium-sized. The land for the course was donated by Lou and Ethel Ungles. The course was built with many hours of donated labor.
Par for the course is 36. From the back tees the course plays to 3175 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 2423 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 1, a par-5 that plays to 560 Yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 165 yards from the back tees. There is an additional set of men's tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.
